Yes, we deliver across all of Dubai — regardless of the area. We are located in the Dubai Investment Park, and we are happy to bring your order to the specified address.

Is there delivery to Abu Dhabi?
Yes, we deliver to Abu Dhabi every Wednesday.
For orders over 150 AED, delivery is free. For orders below 150 AED, the delivery cost is 20 AED.
On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm a convenient time for receiving the order.
When will the delivery be?
We strive to deliver orders on the same day, especially if they are placed in the first half of the day. However, delivery time depends on workload, route, and product availability.
On certain days, especially Sundays and during peak periods, delivery may take longer or be postponed to the next day. We always contact customers in advance to confirm delivery details.
Delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits
Due to high demand, we strive to deliver orders containing fresh vegetables and fruits the next day after the order is placed. After processing the order, we will additionally contact you to confirm a convenient delivery time.
To ensure maximum freshness of the products, whenever possible, we deliver fresh vegetables and fruits by refrigerated vehicle, rather than by motorcycle.
You can also pick up fresh vegetables and fruits yourself from our warehouse at Dubai Investment Park. When purchasing directly from the warehouse, we offer an additional 10% discount on fresh vegetables and fruits.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s)?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, contact us by phone or WhatsApp: +971 52 370 6 376. We will conduct an internal check, and if a discrepancy is confirmed, we will refund or replace the product.
If the product(s) is missing?
If any product is missing, we will offer a replacement with a similar one. All replacements are pre-agreed with you by phone or WhatsApp.
It is also possible to adjust the final order amount depending on replacements or the actual weight of the products. We recommend paying for the order online — in this case, the final amount will be confirmed only after all changes are agreed upon.

Cannot accept delivery — what to do?
If you cannot accept the delivery personally, indicate in the order comments for the courier to leave the order at the door. You can also cancel or reschedule the order by contacting us on WhatsApp: +971 52 370 6 376.
How do you store products and assemble orders?
All products are stored at appropriate temperatures and according to manufacturers' recommendations. We pay special attention to the quality of packaging and the freshness of each product.
Why are products replaced?
The assortment is constantly updated, and product availability can change quickly. Even if a product was available at the time of order, it may be sold out before assembly. In such cases, we offer a similar product and always agree on this with you.
I received the wrong product or it was missing from the order — what to do?
